WHAT IS "LIBRE" TO LIBRE THERAPY CENTER?
"In the tapestry of existence, like a river finding its way to sea or freedom whispering in the winds of heartbreak, threads of liberation weave a story of resilience, as a liberated life flows into ease, a storm guides us into an authentic existence decorated in hope by life's infinite possibilities."
Derived from Latin, in the romance languages of Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese, "Libre" means liberated. For Libre Therapy Center, being liberated is a state of freedom, empowerment and authenticity. It involves breaking free from physical, emotional, psychological or societal restrictions that may hinder our growth, relationships and well-being. Libre Therapy Center embraces the aspiration to live aligned with our core selves, our values, in optimal health, in loving community and in our capacity to navigate challenges with resilience, compassion and critical consciousness.

Life's journey, relationships, losses, transitions, emotions, politics, work, school, caregiving and/or parenting can be challenging. Navigating the present waves of distraction and overwhelm, numbness or dissociation, difficult or intense emotions and the aftermath of trauma, adversity, loss or strife can leave us in need of a professional and compassionate guide. Libre Therapy Center specializes in a wide range of mental health symptoms, trauma, neurodiversity, mind-body connection, somatics and relationship therapy that is committed to helping you find healing, peace and liberation in all your relationships to self, your work, partner, children, family, community and others. While working together, we will invoke the power of your innate wisdom, the magic of our collaborative alliance and diverse tools from an integrative, evidence based and holistic domains of psychology that is relational and depth oriented. We will look to root causes and not just symptom management. Whether you feel that you are, are going through, have seen or lived through "too much," Libre Therapy Center offers you support that honors your unique experiences while recognizing the courage it takes to seek help, speak your truth and trust someone new.
